My workshop

My workshop is more than just a workplace – it is my creative retreat, my laboratory.

The workshop is equipped with both traditional hand tools and modern machinery. However, regardless of the technology used, handcraftsmanship always takes center stage. Every cut, every shape, every surface is treated with the utmost care.

My tools and techniques

Traditional hand tools:

• Various carving knives and chisels for fine details
• Rasps and files for shaping
• Hand plane for precise surfaces

Modern support:

• Band saw for rough cuts
• Grinding machines for surface finishing
  

Despite modern tools, the majority of my work remains purely manual. Only in this way can I respect the uniqueness of each piece of wood and create individual works of art.

Responsibility in the workshop

I use only solid, high-quality wood and take care to waste as little material as possible. Offcuts are used for smaller projects or find a sensible use as firewood.

The surface treatment is done with natural oils and waxes that protect the wood without distorting its natural beauty.
