Careful Packaging

Every artwork leaves my workshop perfectly protected. I use:

For small to medium objects:

• Wrapping with soft tissue paper
• Padding with wood wool (natural, recyclable)
• Sturdy cardboard boxes (often reused or made from recycled material)
• Additional corner protectors for delicate shapes
• "Fragile" labeling on all packages

For large sculptures:

• Multi-layer padding
• Insured freight forwarding
• Scheduled delivery by arrangement

📦 Standard Shipping:

• Processing Time: 1-2 business days
• Shipping Time: 2-4 business days
• Total: 3-6 business days

Europe (EU):

• Shipping Costs: from 19.90 €
• Delivery Time: 5-10 business days
• Customs: Not necessary (within EU)

Europe (Non-EU):

• Shipping Costs: from 29.90 €
• Delivery Time: 7-14 business days
• Customs: May apply (to be paid by recipient)

• DHL (Standard shipping Germany)
• DPD (Alternative for Germany)

Tracking

✓ You will automatically receive a tracking number
✓ Track your shipment in real time
✓ Email notification upon delivery

Insurance

🛡️ All shipments are fully insured!

• Up to 500 €: Standard insurance included
• Over 500 €: Additional insurance automatically added
• In case of damage: Full refund or replacement delivery

Delivery

Standard package:

• Delivery to your doorstep
• If you are not at home: Notification in your mailbox
• Pickup at a packing station possible (please specify when ordering)

What to do in case of transport damage?

Very rare, but if it happens:

1. Do not refuse the package! Accept it
2. Document the damage: Photos of packaging and contents
3. Report immediately: Contact me within 24 hours
4. Solution: I will take care of everything (insurance, replacement, repair)

Delivery to Switzerland & Austria

Austria:

• Shipping costs: from 14.90 €
• Delivery time: 4-7 business days
• No customs (EU member)

Switzerland:

• Shipping costs: from 29.90 €
• Delivery time: 7-12 business days
• Important: Customs duties and import VAT apply (to be paid by recipient)
• Customs clearance is handled by the shipping service provider
